Small parts CNC machining services:

CNC turning small parts service. Turning are mainly used for machining rotating surfaces such as shafts, discs, and sleeves. They are the most widely used machine tools in CNC machining of small parts.

CNC milling small parts service. Milling machine parts machining has strong adaptability and flexibility, and is mainly used to process parts with particularly complex contour shapes or difficult-to-control dimensions, such as mold parts, shell parts, etc.

Wire-cut small parts service. Wire cutting uses a moving metal wire (molybdenum wire, copper wire or alloy wire) as an electrode wire, and relies on pulse spark discharge between the electrode wire and the workpiece to generate high temperature to melt or vaporize the metal, forming a slit, thereby cutting out parts machining method. This processing method is usually used as an auxiliary process for turning and milling.
