CNC Milling Parts

Parts manufactured using CNC mill machining technology are called CNC milling parts.

CNC milling is a common metal cutting technology that uses a multi-axis CNC milling machine to perform high-precision shape and feature processing on workpieces. CNC milling can process a variety of materials, including but not limited to metals, plastics, composite materials, etc., and can produce parts with complex geometries and high precision requirements.
Common CNC Milled Parts
1. Molds and models: such as injection molds, die-casting molds, model parts, etc., which require high precision and complex shapes.
2. Mechanical parts: such as gears, connecting rods, pump bodies, valve bodies, bearing seats, etc., which require strict size and shape tolerances.
3. Aerospace parts: such as aircraft structural parts, engine blades, navigation system components, etc., which have extremely high requirements for material properties and processing accuracy.
4. Electronic and communication parts: such as circuit board brackets, housings, connectors, etc., which require precise holes and slots.
5. Medical equipment parts: such as surgical instruments, prosthetic parts, precision instrument parts, etc., which require high precision and surface finish.
CNC Milling Processing Technology
1. Plane milling: used to process planes and inclined surfaces.
2. Slot milling: used to process slots and grooves of various shapes.
3. Contour milling: used to process contours and curves of complex shapes.
4. Hole processing: including drilling, boring, etc., used to process holes.
5. Surface finishing: used to improve the surface finish of parts and reduce subsequent processing.

Milling are widely used in automobile manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, medical, mold manufacturing, precision instruments and other industries, and are one of the indispensable key technologies in modern manufacturing. With the continuous advancement of technology, CNC milling can process more complex and precise parts, pushing the boundaries of industrial design and manufacturing.
